The Mind-Body Connection

We neglect the connection between the mind and the body. Often we focus on the power of the mind and all that it affords, but we do not understand the power of our bodies.

The bible shares that our bodies, "are temples of God." We know that our bodies are major players in any success equation. The more that we maintain good physical fitness and well-being regiments the better we feel and the clearer our thinking.

It makes little difference in our lives to commit to strengthening our minds if we are not also strengthening our bodies.

Most of the health challenges individuals face are a direct result of their diets, lack of exercise and stress on their bodies. I dare suggest, we cannot be at the top of our games if our bodies are not aligned with our mind and spirit.

Take the time to walk, jog, or do aerobics for 45 minutes a day to begin. Begin to eat water rich foods, e.g. green leafy vegetables. Stop eating fast foods and fried foods. I even suggest stop eating red meats for next next 20 days and see how your body will feel. I guarantee that you will feel a tremendous difference. My book The Fourteen Principles to Power Faith and Living will give you more tips on how to get your body in an optimal place.

Live with Faith and Power and Create a Phenomenal Life!
