I wish all of a wonderful Thanksgiving day. I pray that all of you take the time being thankful and enjoying your family.
I had plans to be out of town this Thanksgiving. My plans fell through at the last moment. Prior to the plans falling through I visited my father and had the thought this may be the last Thanksgiving that my Father can recognize me. As I have shared previously, my father has Alzheimer's Disease. Everyday is a blessing that he still can recognize me. I am thankful that I still have a bond with my Father as I see him slipping deeper into his own world.
Let's be thankful for every moment.
