It is important to remember that we have been created and made in the likeness and image of God. More specifically, we are creators and co-creators with God.
The key to living a phenomenal life is that you write the script to your life. Our lives are not a result of an arbitrary God. God has given us the tools and resources to create and co-create our lives. Life is born out of our intentions. That is why it is important to know what you want.Your steps are ordered when you are clear.
Moreover, it is important to understand that you write the script to your life. I know individuals who made seemingly mistakes in their lives who beat themselves up. The allow guilt to dictate their lives.unfortunately there are those. Who allow others to remind them of their past. No one has the right to dictate your life and decide your fate. You write your own story.
My friend, Joe Morrisey, a state legislator in Virginia, had a series of misfortunate incidents in his career. A decade ago when he was Commonwealth Attorney he was jailed for contempt of court. His career spiraled downward to even being disbarred. My friend never gave up. He decided to write the script of his life. Most people embrace the eulogies of others and allow that to be the last word. My friend developed a profitable business during his period of "political exile". Then in a bold and audacious move he decided to run for the state legislator. Ten years ago he was written off now he serves in the same chamber as Jefferson. I am proud to call him my friend.He epitomizes the principle of creating your own lIfe.
