"The reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord is the beginning and the principal and choice part of knowledge (its starting point and its essence); but fools despise skillful and godly Wisdom and instruction, and discipline" (Proverbs 1:7). (The Amplified Bible)
The writer of wisdom is clear, the starting point of knowledge comes from a reverence of the Father. This 40 Day Focus of Mind, Body and Spirit is about aligning ourselves with the Father. It is through this alignment that we will gain insights about the Father, ourselves and the world around us. We are preparing to enter spiritual doors we have never assessed.
Know that everything centers on the Father. He is our Source and Supply. It is God who reveals Truth. During this 40 Day period turn off the tv,radio,and internet and listen to the clarion call of God's voice. Allow this time to be a time of complete focus. Do not be so quick to talk on the phone or engage conversations that do not have the possibilty and probablity of being edifying. This is a complete fast of mind, body and spirit. Eliminate all negative thinking!

Father, I thank you for this day.
Lord we listen for your voice.
Speak to our hearts, our minds and spirits.
We align and attune ourselves with you and
